1. President & Founder since 2007 - Jennifer Cece oversees strategy, organization, financial health of the organization, public representation, recruits new members, supervises overall operations of Peace4Paws, (oversee at least 27 direct reports) which include:

4.Adoption Event Director – Myrene Carrero – (10 to 20 volunteers participate in adoption events)

5.Lead Adoption Counselor – Judy Atchison (sends the contracts)

6.Adoption Counselors – Sofia Kotsopolos, Naomi Capetillo, Judy Atchison (processes adoption applications, represents the dogs, sets up meet and greets between applicants and dogs)

7.Background Checkers – Amanda Jerr, Audra Gugliemetti 

8.Foster application Director – Betty Viola -processes foster apps

9.Transport Sheet Administrator – Betty Viola (maintains a spreadsheet for dogs scheduled to arrive from out of state)

10.Volunteer Application Coordinator – Melanie Presha

11.Volunteer application processors – Ella Dorsey, Melanie Presha, Cynthia McSweeney

12 .Dog Walker Director – Audra Gugliemetti overseas Dog walkers (about 35 people on rotation at any given time and as available) 

13. Transport – Jennifer Cece, Director – confirms dates, acquires local and long distance volunteers to drive the incoming dogs. Sofia Kostopolos runs Mississippi transport. Myrene runs transport to vets. 

14. Out of town Dog Arrival Intake Director – Myrene (supported by many volunteer participants – one for each dog per arrival, could be up to 14 handlers plus others doing miscellaneous jobs)
